Problem 1.  Protruding manhole pipe.

Issue:

There is a manhole that protrudes (sticks up from) the asphalt path.  It presents a tripping or bicycle crash hazard.

Location:

On asphalt path parallel to Silverbrook.  West of the intersection Hooes road.  Near the Durga Temple.  It is shown on the map below.
