This is to investigate is effect of changing ISO using when using colors of illumination. Here is a picture of a Halloween decoration using white light.

I illuminated the skull with a blue LED light. The camera was set with an aperture of f4.0 and a shutter speed (Shutter Priority) of 1/100. The white balance was set to auto.

For this next shoot, I took a picture of a pumpkin. The pictures were all taken outdoors in the shade. On some of the pictures, the pumpkin was illuminated with a LED lamp. I changed the white balance and lamp on/off as noted.
These pictures were all take with the lamp OFF. Therefore this is all natural light.
The pictures are in shutter priority, ISO 2000, with a 1/80 shutter speed.
The first image has an F13. The remainder have an F11.
The white balance on each photo is:
Auto 1 which the camera determined to use 5170K.
Natural Light Auto which the camera determined to be 5120K
Cloudy preset
Shade preset
Incandescent Preset
These pictures were all take with the lamp ON. This is mixed lighting. There is both natural light (shady) plus artificial light (White LED Light).
The pictures are in shutter priority, ISO 2000, with a 1/80 shutter speed.
The first four images have an F16 aperture. The last 2 use an F14 aperture.
The white balance on each photo is:
